I notice, sense, see all is movement and in constant motion, to catch the dynamics & the essence of this ....

With the body as her biggest source of inspiration and an instinctive approach to movement she creates an intimate connection with the audience. After completing the first week of a two-week research period with scenographer Jolein Kop (@joleneheads) at @makershuistilburg, where they explored how a light landscape can become an extension of this inner world. Creating different atmospheres using light and movement, inspired by triggers from the outside world. How can the light become like a living organism in the space? Now, she will continue her research at CLOUD Danslab focusing on the sound and movement aspect of the work. How much do external stimuli influence our inner world? How do they transform and echo inside us? What effect do they have on our being? We often don’t see our patterns and we are unaware of our blindspots ;’ you don’t know what you don’t know.’ This audio visual toolbox , Re-boot a daily practice, inspired by the Feldenkrais method, shares ideas that can playfully help you. The graphic work results from the audio lessons. It is a collaboration between Judith van der Made (artist and Feldenkrais practitioner) and Patricia Vane (artist and graphic designer). The work is part of the User-Friendly-Guides Series by LUDIC collective.
