A theatrical adaption of Herman Melville's 1857 novel.
Borrowing methods from both drama and journalism, Quenton Miller directs stories through mediums including film, books, and theatre. Stories being anything from a Greek play, to an interview in the local newspaper. Sometimes this involves documentary research with Wikipedians or international law courts, looking at the art-like tools that non-art fields use to create imagery and narrative order. Format is important. How – within mediated, affective, interlinked experience – narrative and it's tools can produce reality as much as describe it, how a standstill can be made within narratives that sweep up audiences and characters alike.
