Imaginary image of spiritual energy
To approach the spiritual in art, one will make as little use as possible of reality, because reality is opposed to the spiritual. ” - Piet Mondriaan
My works are the results of investigations into form and color, two subjects us humans did not invent, with an infinite existence. I see form and color as materials that can be used to discover how the world presents itself, with the idea that behind everything there is an algorithm or mathematical conclusion that allows us to understand the things we see without thinking about them. That is almost a magical thing, only it actually exists: an invisible collective program of how nature shapes itself, how everything that lives has its own symmetry, and how we, like insects, build things with geometric rules.
In my work, grids play the leading role, as this is where forms originate. In the process of drawing lines to obtain shapes, I find myself in a meditative state where time no longer plays a role, or what can also be called a trance.
What the images I create want to convey to the viewer is the invisible language of an infinite collective knowledge and to open the door to the realm where time no longer exists
